Paul Pelton
is a dynamic and results-oriented leader, director and marketer, who brings with him a full-spectrum of business experience from global business management to franchise/entrepreneur start-ups. He is a strategic investor and active board member.
Paul is a seasoned executive working progressively at top brands and large corporations as well as ad agencies, specializing in services, beverage, food, consumer packaged goods, technology, and health marketing. Paul founded and leads Brand Driven Media, and is intimate with all facets of branding, marketing, advertising, business strategy, management, operations, and franchising.
Paul received his Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing and International Business from Queen's University, Kingston, and is a graduate of the Human Geography and Urban Planning program, Western University, London. He is a fundraiser for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind and the Canadian Brain tumour Foundation. A health and environment conscious advocate and consumer, an outdoor and fitness-oriented world traveller including trekking to Everest Base Camp, Nepal, he currently resides in Toronto with his wife, three children and family dog.
Graeme Switzer
is a results-driven, strategic marketer with a passion for growth, content, and marketing technology. A digital and brand marketing professional with over 18 years of experience across both B2C & B2B industries.
Graeme primarily comes from the client side - before joining BDM. Graeme has had the distinct pleasure of working on top-tier CPG brands like Nike, Molson Coors, Aurora and Moneris (B2B) - but also start-ups and challenger brands. He has experience working on businesses like yours. Marrying strategic direction with brilliant go-to-market implementation, Graeme balances the art and science of marketing as both a thought-leader and executor.
Graeme has a BA, Honours from Queen’s University and has completed a post-graduate program in marketing at George Brown. Graeme most enjoys spending time with his partner, Melanie, and their daughter. If he’s not moving your brand forward, Graeme can be found in the kitchen – as an avid home cook. Graeme has raised funds for Alzheimer’s Ontario, and is a welcomed guest speaker at colleges and universities in the greater Toronto area.
